This role is part of a high performing team within the National Credit department, responsible for taking ownership of the role. You will be responsible for:

• Managing your own ledger of high value major accounts
• Reporting debtor performances to management
• Reconciling accounts
• Communicating with internal and external points of contact
• Proactive collection of payments in line with company policy
• Resolving complex queries and disputes
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

The right candidate will have at least 5+ years of Credit Control/Accounts Receivable experience in a large company and possess:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence outcomes
• Customer oriented and a good listener
• Proactive and self-driven
• Tenacious with a focus on developing your career
• Strong track record of DSO reduction working with high volume ledgers
