The Senior Collections Officer will be sitting within a dynamic team who are results driven whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Handling high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Managing debt recovery and negotiating solutions
- Assessing, reviewing and analysing documents relating to customer collection status and ageing reports
- Understanding of hardship and legal aspects of recoveries
The successful candidate will be considered with:
- You will have a proven track record with a minimum of 3-5 years minimum collections experience
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- A strong relationship builder with the ability to influence stakeholders
Remuneration and Benefits:
