With the team expanding, they are now looking for an experienced Credit Control Officer to join their dynamic team located in the CBD!
$32.85 ph + Sydney CBD
Sydney CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs, Sydney N
The Credit Control Officer will sit alongside with high performers and like-minded colleagues and will be responsible but not limited to: •Identifying and implementing process improvement •Handling extensive and complex accounts reconciliations •Managing monthly cash collections and overdue targets •Maintaining cash collection spreadsheets, including daily payment and credits to monitor actual collections and forecasts •Assisting customers payment cycles and be aligned with cash forecasting •Identifying and rectifying any potential disputes, queries, issues or other collections problems •Escalating complex accounts to correct people, internally and/or externally to ensure resolution of issue •Maintaining adherence to credit policy and procedure, including risk assessment, new/existing accounts, invoice and other administrative duties as required •Liaising with all level of management and maintaining strong stakeholder management •Ad hoc duties as requiredCandidate Requirements:
The successful candidate will have experience in a large and complex organisation, and you will also possess: •Proven track record of improvement in processes •Strong problem solving abilities •Sharp eye for attention to details •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written •Experience with SAP is ideal •Intermediate with Excel (Pivot Tables and V-lookup) •Ability to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders •Ability to negotiate and influence management team
